We aim to encourage the boys to explore their strengths and abilities as well as learn to live with their limitations. By achieving success in one sphere or another, their confidence and self belief grows. At the same time, this successful creativity - be it in academic or extra mural areas - transfers its effect to other parts of their lives. High standards are expected and from our community life they learn tolerance, consideration and respect for those with whom they live.
